Trainer. After spending years practicing in the specialty of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Bill founded Precision
Fitness-Personal Fitness, Inc., a comprehensive fitness and human performance company that owns and operates two successful
personal training and human performance centers in the Charlotte, NC area and develops and implements nationwide corporate
and community based Fitness, Wellness and Human Performance programs. Bill has dedicated his career to helping individuals
and organizations identify and overcome obstacles that stand in the way of optimal wellness and peak human performance. As a recognized
expert in the field of corrective exercise and human performance, Bill has contributed to numerous publications and industry
websites, co-authored three books, and has given countess lectures on the topics of fitness, wellness and human performance.
Bill has enjoyed helping improve the performance of clients that range from the professional athlete (NFL, PGA, NASCAR, PBA)
to the weekend warrior to fortune 500 Executives.

Bryan Fass is a recognized
expert in the field of corrective exercise and sports medicine whose certifications and credentials include, Licensed Athletic
Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Nationally Registered Paramedic. Bryan’s years
of experience and profound understanding of the principles of musculoskeletal physiology, biomechanics and manual therapies
has allowed him to develop corrective exercise and neuromuscular reeducation programs that have helped countless individuals
return to full form and function, where other treatments have failed.
Bryan is a regular
contributor to various industry websites and has co-authored three books on fitness and performance. Bryan is an excellent
facilitator in bridging the gap between knowledge and understanding of fitness, wellness and human performance with a
strong belief in education as the key to success.
